The winning bidder will be able to salvage/remove the personal property from this house for 1 week before it is demolished with the exception of anything on the exclusions list. Everything salvaged/removed is sold “AS-IS” with no warranties express or implied.A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to the high bid. This auction is being conducted by Elliot Paul & Company Auctions. Sales tax applies to all bidders that are not tax exempt. A tax certificate will need to be provided before payment for tax to be removed from invoice.

The winning bidder will be notified after the Auction ends via email with the invoice. Payment for purchase must be made by wire transfer within 24 hours of the end of the auction.

Pickup Details:
The winning bidder will receive an email or call with confirmation of payment received by wire transfer. Until payment in full has been received there will be no access granted to the property.
Contact Pete Lashenka at 772-341-4339 with any questions. Buyer is responsible for all removing, loading and hauling of all items. Winning bidder will have 1 week ending August 18th at 5:00 pm to remove everything that is included in the sale.
