A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all high bids. This auction is being conducted by Elliot Paul & Company Auctions. Sales tax applies to ALL purchases to all bidders that are not tax exempt. Sales tax will not be collected on the vehicle.
Items start closing August 7, 2022 at 7:00 pm with 2 items closing every minute until all items are closed.
You will be notified after the Auction ends via email with your paid invoice noting all purchases. The invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file immediately at the conclusion of the auction. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! Currency Type: USD.
Preview Dates:
Items 1-120: August 5th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in Palm City.
Items 121-147: August 5th from 1 pm to 3 pm in Palm City.

Pickup Details:
Items 1-120: August 9th from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in Palm City.
Items 121-147: August 9th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
The addresess will be provided in an email that includes pick up instructions. Contact Pete Lashenka at 772-341-4339 with any questions.
Buyer is responsible for all loading and hauling of all items, so if you purchase large items or large quantities you will need to bring assistance for loading. All items that are not pickup up prior to the sated dates and time frame will not be able to be picked up and buyer is still responsible for payment.
Shipping Instructions: there is no shipping offered on any of the items included in this auction.
